Gaavin - Mold R&D and Manufacturing Center!
We have extensive experience and development capabilities, with design and CNC programming engineers producing over 900 sets of injection molding, zinc, and aluminum die-casting molds on-site each year.
After the molds are made on Gaavin’s numerous high-quality production facilities, initial sample production can begin immediately. These facilities can also be used for mass production.
Are you facing these mold-making challenges?
- Unstable mold precision affects finished product consistency.
- Short mold lifespan leads to high maintenance costs.
- Poor communication and repeated modifications cause delays.
- It’s impossible to simultaneously achieve both quality and delivery time.
Through standardized processes and accumulated experience, we help our clients reduce risks and improve efficiency.
PROJECT MISSION
Our mission is to deliver high-precision, reliable, and cost-effective mold manufacturing solutions that support stable, efficient, and scalable production for our customers. We focus on engineering-driven design and manufacturability from the earliest stages of each project, ensuring that every mold is optimized for performance, durability, and long service life.
By combining experienced engineering teams, advanced machining equipment, and strict quality control systems, we manage each project with clear processes and measurable standards. From design evaluation and material selection to machining, assembly, trial runs, and final validation, every step is carefully controlled to minimize risk and ensure consistent results.
We view every project as a long-term partnership rather than a one-time transaction. Beyond mold delivery, we provide continuous technical support, maintenance guidance, and optimization solutions to help customers improve productivity and reduce total manufacturing costs over the mold lifecycle.
Our ultimate goal is not only to manufacture molds, but to help customers shorten development cycles, improve product quality, and achieve a smooth transition from prototype validation to stable mass production.
